Spray booths

Occupational health and safety are governed by standards and regulations. They must be observed when setting up or redesigning workplaces. WALTHER PILOT can support you when implementing workplace design that is in line with the rules. A diversified portfolio of extraction systems with dry filters is available and the standard products can already cover a large number of assignments. Exhaust panels (Models 900, 90W/WS/K) with differing front plenums are available in working widths of from 1 to 4 m. Wider systems can be set  up by combining several units. Bench booths (Models 700, 80) include support panels for
workpieces, which will normally have to be moved by hand.

Effective widths vary from 80 cm to 2 m; working depths vary up to a maximum of 90 cm. Special versions are your Model 25 bench booth with downward extraction, Series 2000 designed primarily for extracting adhesives, and the Unit and Ultra mobile “exhaust cubes”. Common to all systems is the use of environmentally friendly filters made from recycled paper. Widely varied filter designs make it possible to select a filter with a high separation rate and satisfactory service life for any specific sprayed medium. At very high material throughput and the resulting frequent changes of filter we recommend the use of water-flooded extraction systems. These are available as exhaust booths and panels for installation on the floor.
