New Product Packaging

Our new packaging concept

The transition to new packaging for selected products is another step in the ongoing development of our packaging strategy. As a company specializing in the manufacture of equipment and systems for material handling and application, we continuously review our packaging solutions and the materials we use.

The path from plastic packaging to our organism

Our newly developed cardboard packaging is made up of 30% grass fiber and 70% recycled paper. This change applies to the packaging of our spray gun lineup as well as selected accessories such as air heads, replacement parts, and small parts.

For the inserts in our packaging, we use foam inserts made from 100% recycled plastic, which ensure that our products are protected during shipping.

As a result, we have further refined the material composition of selected packaging components and introduced new materials for various packaging components.

In addition to the material composition, the development of the new packaging also took into account storage and transportation requirements. The packaging provides the same level of product protection as the packaging solutions used previously and continues to meet the requirements for transport and storage.

The switch to new packaging materials also has economic implications. By reducing the amount of plastic in certain packaging components, current and future regulatory requirements for packaging design are taken into account.

By switching to new materials for select packaging components, we have further refined the packaging concept for our line of spray guns and related accessories. We will continue to regularly review our existing packaging solutions and adapt them to new requirements as necessary.

Meaning of the Icons

RESY Symbol

The RESY symbol identifies packaging from companies that participate in the RESY system. Together with the corresponding identification number, the symbol makes it possible to assign the packaging to the respective system participant.

The code indicates that the company participates in the take-back and recycling processes applicable to the system.

PAP 20

The material code PAP 20 denotes corrugated cardboard. ‘PAP’ stands for paper and cardboard; the number ‘20’ refers to the relevant material group within the labelling system for packaging materials.

Corrugated cardboard is frequently used for shipping and transport packaging. The labelling is used to identify the material and helps with the sorting of packaging during the waste disposal and recycling process.

PAP 21

The material code PAP 21 refers to other cardboard products and solid board. ‘PAP’ stands for paper and cardboard; the number ‘21’ refers to the relevant material group within the labelling system for packaging materials.

This group of materials is used, for example, in folding boxes, cardboard packaging and other cardboard packaging items. The labelling is used to identify the material and helps with the sorting of packaging during the waste disposal and recycling process.

PE-LD 04

The material code PE-LD stands for polyethylene (="PE") with low density (Low-Density = "LD"). Due to its flexible properties, this plastic material is used, among other things, for films and various packaging components.

The labeling is used to identify the material and helps classify it within existing disposal and recycling processes.
