Thanks to its versatile application options, the WA XV is a universal solution for a wide range of common spraying tasks.
The fully automatic spray gun consists of two parts: the material-carrying front section and the air-contacting gun body. The uncomplicated separation of the front body enables quick and easy cleaning work, while the gun body can remain in its working position. This proven concept minimizes cleaning times considerably.
This WA XV is suitable for common solvent-based adhesives as well as adhesives with a high solids content. It is available with special HS (High Solid) and SHS (Super High Solid) air heads, which ensure first-class processing.
The front body of the WA XV is made of V2A stainless steel as standard, while the spray gun body is made of aluminum. For applications with increased requirements for material resistance, variants are also available in which the components in contact with the material are made of V4A stainless steel.
