The fully automatic spray gun consists of two parts: the material-carrying front section and the air-contacting gun body. The uncomplicated separation of the front body enables quick and easy cleaning work, while the gun body can remain in its working position. This proven concept minimizes cleaning times considerably.
This WA XV is suitable for common solvent-based adhesives as well as adhesives with a high solids content. It is available with special HS (High Solid) and SHS (Super High Solid) air heads, which ensure first-class processing.
The front body and all material-carrying components are made of V4A stainless steel. This material complies with FDA regulations and is therefore ideal for use in the food industry. It meets the highest hygiene requirements.
