How a supply air system works

A supply air system continuously supplies the paint booth with treated fresh air. The outside air drawn in is first filtered to remove particles and contaminants. It can then - depending on the ambient conditions - be heated before being distributed evenly troughout the room. 

The key task is not merely to replace the air, but to supply it in a defined state and distribute it in a targeted manner.

  • intake via the wall or roof
  • multi-stage filtration
  • heating when outside temperatures are low
  • even and draught-free application

Supply air systems consists of several funtional components which, together, enable the treatment and distribution of supply air.

good insulation reduces heat loss

for fresh air systems, a vent is required
